Terms and conditions
This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.
Clear for both sides. If anything is unclear, ask me.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all offers on this website: individual, couple or family counselling and support, crisis support, group formats such as #mefirst, and the workbook. The provider is ValueUp GmbH, represented by Tina Maria Wetzold.
2. What my support is and what it is not
I support people through turning points, crises and change. I do not make diagnoses and I do not treat mental illness. My support does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. If I notice that you need a different kind of help, I will tell you openly.
You remain responsible for yourself, your decisions and your health. I cannot guarantee a particular result.
3. Appointments and cancellations
We arrange appointments via the booking calendar, by email or by messenger. Agreed appointments are binding.
You can reschedule or cancel individual appointments free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, the full appointment is charged.
Group formats such as #mefirst: cancellation is free of charge up to four weeks before the start. After that, 40 % of the cost is due, unless you find a replacement. For later cancellation or non-attendance, the full amount is due.
If I have to cancel an appointment, I will let you know as early as possible and offer you a new one.
4. Prices and payment
The prices on this website apply, in Swiss francs. You can pay by TWINT, PayPal, card or cash. Instalments are possible by arrangement.
Annual package: 10 sessions of 60 minutes for the price of 9. The sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Crisis support: charged per quarter hour or part thereof.
5. Crisis support
Crisis support is quick help in difficult moments, but not a 24-hour emergency service. In acute danger, call 144 (ambulance) or 143 (Die Dargebotene Hand) immediately. Children and teenagers can reach Pro Juventute at 147.
6. Body-centred work and touch
Touch is always voluntary. I ask beforehand, and you can say stop at any time without giving a reason. You stay clothed. Touch in my work is never sexual.
7. Children and teenagers
I only work with minors with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
8. Confidentiality
I am bound by confidentiality. Everything you share stays with me, unless you release me from it in writing. I follow the ethical guidelines of the bso.
9. Workbook and digital content
The workbook is a digital product in PDF format for personal use. Passing it on, copying or publishing it, even in part, is not permitted without written consent. Digital products cannot be returned once delivered. You expressly confirm this when ordering.
10. Liability
I provide my services carefully and to the best of my knowledge. Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider.
